Ingredients
5 ripe figs - sliced
1 rustic French loaf
sea salt and pepper to taste
pistachio
1 cup of feta cheese
Porto
sugar
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 370 F and toast your pistachio for about 5 minutes

Slice bread into thick pieces. Toast them in the oven or in a pan.

Spread a generous amount of ricotta over the toasted bread

Turn the heat over medium and add a tbs of butter, then add your figs some of them cut in two and some not.

After 4 minutes add your Porto (20 cl) and your sugar (0,066 lb)
